DEAR FRIENDS

ninja

Welcome to this month’s BioNews.  We learn to free ourselves from controls exerted over us. As we research we become FREE, we become powerful.  This pursuit of self-defense in wellness, I call “The Martial Art of Wellness.” And as we practice we become Ninjas.

QUOTE OF THE MONTH

Truly the light is sweet, and a pleasant thing it is for the eyes to behold the sun.

– Ecclesiastes 11:7

THIS ISSUE’S TESTIMONIAL: ( My face looks much younger)

” By the way I just ordered another bottle of F3. Hard to believe how good that stuff is. I noticed recently that looking in the mirror my skin in my face seems to look much younger but I thought that was just a figment of my imagination until a friend of mine a few days ago asked me what happened and why is my face looks different like much younger. WOW!! By the way I am not a spring chicken at 73 years old and now going on 44 :-)). I also have more energy than I use to have. Thanks a million.

THE MARTIAL ART OF WELLNESS ( Safe Sun with BAC )

Over the last 20 years, I have successfully applied for myself that which I will be suggesting in this article.  I believe that you may also not need sunscreen protection if you apply common sense principles and include BAC in your diet. BAC or Bio-Algae Concentrates is the generic name given to blends of micro-algae developed during decades of Soviet Research.

I previously wrote on this topic after noticing that a friend, while getting ready for a golf game was profusely applying sunscreen over his face, legs and arms, this on an average sunny day.  I had seen him doing so many times before, but this time the freshly applied cream appeared as a thick white film layer on his natural olive color skin.  At that moment I felt a strong frustration for this multi-billion dollar sunscreen industry and its many publicly funded cancer research partners. Amazingly, they have brainwashed a man of darker olive skin tone of Middle Eastern roots into applying sunscreen protection for a walk in the park.  Have not his father and their fathers before them walked the most sun exposed regions on earth without sunscreen protection and without skin cancers? And are there not hundreds of millions of people on earth in Asia, India, Philippines, Indonesia, Australia, Europe, and all of Central and South America, that walk this earth without sunscreen protection?  What is wrong with North Americans falling for this media and marketing trap?

Why is it that I do not get sunburnt?

I have not applied sunscreen for the last 18 years of my life. Many of you will know that I am a long distance runner (half and full marathon) and that means being outside in the sun for hours and hours at a time year after year.  I am also an avid golfer and that means frequent 4-5 hour long walks in full sunlight.  I also care for my vegetable garden and lawn when needed, all in the bright sunlight. I invite you to read on and stop living in fear of our best friend in the universe… our magnificent SUN.

Your skin fights for you every day.

It’s important to remember that our skin is our protective barrier against the environment, including from UV damages. The outermost layer of your skin, the epidermis, is the thin, tough part of your body that acts like a protective shell. Because they’re also the first to encounter damage, the cells of the epidermis are constantly renewing themselves, with dead skin cells falling off by the tens of thousands each minute. When the epidermis is healthy, it protects the body from bacteria, viruses, infection and other unwanted substances. Protection starts with the natural layer of oil that appears on the outermost surface of the skin, providing the first barrier of protection.  The healthy epidermis layer should also contains carotenoids including melanin, the skin pigmentation that helps filter dangerous ultraviolet (UV) rays and prevents the skin from absorbing them, which can cause wrinkles and skin cancer. We often forget this principal function amongst many, such as to provide immunity when guarding against pathogens, to release heat and cool the body down or keep it warm in cold temperatures.

Much research proves that algae supports the skin

A recent study points to shinorine — a natural sunscreen produced by cyanobacteria (as found in BAC). Shinorine belongs to a family of natural compounds, called mycosporine-like amino acids, and is made up of two amino acids and one sugar. Many aquatic organisms exposed to strong sunlight, like cyanobacteria and macroalgae, produce shinorine and other related compounds to protect themselves from solar radiation.

The protective role of astaxanthin – A recent study, published June 25, 2018, in the journal Nutrients provides stronger evidence for the protective role of algal-derived astaxanthin against skin deterioration caused by ultraviolet (UV) light. In the 10-week randomized double-blind, placebo-controlled study, volunteer participants received either 4mg of algal food-derived astaxanthin or an inert placebo. The researchers used Haematococcus pluvialis microalgae as a source of their astaxanthin (as found in BAC).

Take it to the next level with BAC

After reading this, and with our current hot summer, many of you will want to maximize your protection without the usual chemical sunscreens and their side effects. What more can you do to ensure you get protection while still being able to enjoy the benefits of sunshine? Well, one convenient way is to maximize your immunity by consuming Bio-Algae Concentrates on a daily basis. When included in your diet, BAC is an extraordinary ‘sword’ in your arsenal of self-defense because of the dramatic increase in biochemical cellular protection to all cells of the body, including those of the skin.

BAC offers simpler, yet superior protection:

Although exposure to sun is both necessary and natural, getting sunburned is not. It is therefore important to maximize our resistance to sun damage and to do this as naturally as possible. Outside of cancer we also want to make our skin resistant to the less severe, but nonetheless distressing impacts of aging. Adding BAC to your diet will immediately increase skin protection, and help you stay healthier and younger looking without putting your health at risk.

Each capsule of BAC is a bio-photonic power plant containing the cyanobacteria algae Spirulina Pacifica and Platensis, and the red algae Dunaliella and Astaxanthin, together providing not only nourishing effects but powerful rejuvenating and healing support properties. The ingredients in BAC are 100% grown in clean habitats free of mercury and air borne pollutants, where they are nurtured and harvested with great care before being preserved with the highest standards of quality.

BAC: Safety and validation

The three BAC formulas (F1, F2 and F3) are certified Natural Health Product under Health Canada’s regulation oversight and, as such, are rigorously tested for safety and purity, and authorized to use the claim “a source of antioxidants for the maintenance of good health”.

BAC contains thousands of naturally occurring nutrients including:

  • Alpha-carotene
  • Beta-carotene
  • Lutein
  • Lycopene
  • Astaxanthin
  • Vitamin A
  • Vitamin B complex including B12
  • Vitamin C
  • Vitamin E
  • Vitamin D
  • 20+ amino acids
  • All known minerals and trace elements
  • More than 4000 food enzymes
  • Omega 3
  • Omega 6
  • Omega 9
  • Chlorophylls
  • Phycocyanin
  • Proteins

BAC as a wholefood is loaded with chlorophylls and carotenoids known to be the best anti-oxidative agents in our diet: it contains the mighty Astaxanthin which is now understood to be the most powerful antioxidant of all with its free radical quenching activity hundreds of times superior than that of vitamin E and C. The BAC combination of alpha-carotene and beta-carotene enables optimum protection for the skin when exposed to sunlight. It prolongs the tanning process while protecting the body from the harmful effects of UV damage and free radicals which are responsible for premature aging.

In short, to spend a beautiful summer safely in the sun, do not forget to take your BAC daily (learn more).
