The road to health is paved with good intestines! ”

THIS ISSUE’S TESTIMONIAL

” My situation consisted of severe digestive problems and a related eyes problem since over five years ago. Even after having tried all the supplements that I was recommended, my situation was still getting worse. I was not in panic, but I was losing hope of ever recovering my health. After listening to Professor Kiriac’s radio talk show with Celine Goudreau, I concluded that what Professor Kiriac said was possibly my solution. After using BAC now for three months, my digestion and my eye problems have returned to normal health. I have been able to eat again and also enjoyed half a bottle of wine with my friend this weekend. My energy and endurance that I had lost has also come back. Truly a MIRACLE of NATURE. Thank you Professor Kiriac.

THE MARTIAL ART OF WELLNESS ( Is your microbiome on track? )

– Article contributed by Maureen Murphy, CNC, ND

Your microbiome is your own personal ECOSYSTEM, and maintaining balance in its biodiversity is critical to your health.  It has been found that a lack in diversity within the microbiome is often seen with various afflictions, including diabetes, autoimmune disorders, age-related inflammation and disease, and even obesity.

Microbes are generally regarded as disease-causing, yet the majority of them are completely harmless.   Surprisingly, they play a vital role in human health – in fact we couldn’t live without them.  For example, the microbiome makes tons of metabolites – one good example is vitamin B12.

The microbiome is the collective name given to the genes inside these microbes. This genetic material is essentially what scientists are studying in hopes of uncovering the truth behind how and why microbes are involved in health.

There are roughly 70 trillion cells in the human body, including more microorganisms than “human” cells.  While bacteria are the biggest players, we also host single-celled organisms known as archaea, as well as fungi, viruses – including viruses that attack bacteria – and other microbes. These microorganisms, however, are very small and comprise only about 1 – 3 percent of the body’s mass – accounting only for a few pounds worth of bacteria in a 200-pound adult.

The vast majority of our microbes reside in the gastrointestinal tract, however the microbiome actually starts in the sinuses and comprises the body’s complete barrier system between the outside world – what we eat, drink, breathe, slather or splash on, etc. – and our cells/selves.  The microbiome includes the skin, mammary glands, placenta, seminal fluid, uterus, ovarian follicles, lungs, saliva, oral mucosaconjunctivabiliary and, of course, the gastrointestinal tract.

BAC helps keep your microbiome on track

Consuming BAC as part of your daily regimen helps support every cell in your body and helps keep your ecosystem diverse and in balance – homeostasis – promoting health and well-being on ALL fronts!

Just one of the most important benefits of consuming BAC is renewed gut health. BAC helps regroup thousands of naturally occurring, balanced and synergistic nutrients to overcome the inefficiencies and blockages in the digestive system, increasing nutrient absorption and enhancing the healthy regeneration of all cells and thus helps to reduce the load on the cleansing organs.

The super nutrients in BAC work their magic on the lining of the gut, protecting these cells when raising energy, controlling inflammation, and supporting the growth of healthy bacteria. Consuming BAC also magnify the benefits of the nutrients in your daily diet.

A great BAC success story

Dr. Kiriac, I would like to thank you for giving me back my dignity… Let me explain: I contacted you a while back because of digestion problems such as chronic diarrhea. Because of this condition, I felt extremely distressed and humiliated. Often I had to spend all night in the toilet. When I did manage to fall asleep, I’d often wake up soiled. Following my meeting with you and after only 7 days, I was astounded. There was a great progress in eliminating the diarrhea. Thanks to you I now sleep without interruption nearly every night. The anxiety of soiling my bed is gone! What a relief and I know its only the beginning of my freedom… THANK YOU, THANK YOU, DOCTOR KIRIAC FOR GIVING ME BACK MY DIGNITY AND MORE.
