There is so much to say about this mega food; there are so many of its nutritional benefits to describe; from its capacity to “awaken the genius within”, to the nutritional powers and benefits of many of its rare and unique nutrients. A book of one thousand pages would not suffice… so to wet your appetite, I have selected just a few next .

Phenylalanine and Tyrosine, which are present in large quantities in BIOSUPERFOOD are used by the brain to construct the neurotransmitter Norepinephrine. To start, Phenylalanine has been found to be 89-100% effective in the treatment of depression. Norepinephrine is also an important factor involved in the control of food intake. Research conducted by scientist James G. Gibbs reveals that food intake can be controlled in Rhesus monkeys with these precursor elements. Dr. Gibbs noted (Medical World News) that foods rich in phenylalanine could be used in controlling hunger.

Studies Show that Cell & Cordless Phones Lead to Tumors and Major Health Problems

Today, there are an estimated five billion cell phones used around the world. The U.S. cell phone market is growing exponentially, especially among teenagers and children. Cell phones are big business. However, studies have linked major health risks from the radiation emitted by cell phones.

When a call comes in to your cell phone, it travels through a microwave tower. Radiation comes in through the antenna of the phone and runs through the entire phone. The greatest danger lies in the inner ear, which has the highest absorption rate of radiation in the entire body. For those people who use wired headsets and think they are safe, they are not. In fact, wired headsets and wireless headsets such as the Bluetooth, conduct as much as three times more radiation into the ear than the phone itself. Reports also show that cordless phones were of equal or even greater risk than cell phones. Cell phone radiation has been in the news quite a bit lately and blamed for the illnesses and deaths of some famous people. For example, attorney Johnny Cochran died of a brain tumor right behind his ear; and his daughter swears it was caused by using a cell phone. Senator Ted Kennedy had a glyoma, one of the three tumors to which cell phone usage has been linked.

Perhaps the scariest reality of it all is that children are at the greatest risk for radiation exposure, since their skulls are thinner, making it easier for radiation to go deeper into the body. In fact, France has banned all advertising to children and several European countries have age restrictions for cell phone use. Interestingly enough, the United States has done nothing.

Even though these terrible health risks from radiation are being reported, and the evidence is mounting, the industry giants continue to claim that their products are safe. In fact, there currently is not even a law that says that cell phone manufacturers must place a warning on their packages to inform people of the potential health risks. One might see a correlation between the cell phone industry’s continual denial of the problem with that of the tobacco industry. In fact, one may say that the cell phone industry giants are starting to sound an awful lot like Big Tobacco.

A little over ten years ago, Boca Raton resident, Shelly Kalnitsky, was watching ABC’s 20/20, when he saw a twenty minute feature story on the dangers and potential risks of cell phone usage. The news show interviewed lobbyists and wireless representatives, who all denied there was a problem. Kalnitsky was compelled to learn more about what he had just heard. He began researching the world news regarding cell phones and discovered that information abroad included studies conducted by prominent scientists, who reached very different conclusions than what is being reported in the U.S. Kalnitsky got very concerned, especially about the danger to children, misinformation about hands-free kits and a lack of independent and unbiased reporting on cell phone issues.

Kalnitsky was so disturbed by what he found, that he established the Cell Phone Radiation News Bureau (www.cprnews.com), a one-stop information center and source for learning more about the potential health risks from cell and cordless phones. This bureau is intended to keep the public consumer informed and to prevent future health-related problems from cell phone use.

As director of the Cell Phone Radition News Bureau, Kalnitsky felt that there must be something he could do to protect people from this harmful radiation.

The fact is ALL cell and cordless phones emit electromagnetic radiation. Studies indicate a strong connection between cell phone use and health problems. Children and teens who begin to use mobile phones before the age of 20 are at the greatest risk. However, there is a way to provide protection when using cell and cordless phone. Up until now, there was no proof that cell phones cause cancer and health problems; but the evidence coming out is now overwhelming.
